Evening Service at du Jour Restaurant
Tuesday 11/25/08 6:00 PM Our advanced students are looking forward to serving their Valley customers a refined dinner menu with seating times starting at 6:00pm. Our four course seasonal menu is being developed by Chef Instructors and students. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (480) 603-1066. Wednesday 12/10/08 2:30 PM *** This special event is available exclusively to ACI students and graduates *** Join Arizona Culinary Institute's President, Chef Wilson, as he shares his expertise and love of baking. Students will learn a variety of seasonal desserts and classic holiday breads. A $15 supply fee will be collected upon registration. Class size is limited- sign up today.Graduation Ceremony
Friday 12/12/08 5:00 PM ACI's graduation ceremony will be held on Friday, December 12, 2008 at Desert Mountain High School. Registration begins at 4:30pm for a 5:00pm ceremony; graduates please arrive early and in appropriate attire. Champagne reception to follow at Arizona Culinary Institute. Congratulations to our eligible graduates!
