Students - The Arizona Culinary Institute

The Arizona Culinary Institute is dedicated to the needs of our students. The small class sizes give students an atmosphere that's most effective to the learning process. When we make decisions, the one question we always ask ourselves is, "How does it benefit the student?" For example, our course in Meat Fabrication, this is one aspect we feel is important to a culinary student and it's something we include in the curriculum. While some schools don't offer it at all, others charge students an additional cost. We're also able to bring in any amount and type of food needed for students to learn properly because we are an independent institution. At ACI, the student is central and our curriculum is carefully designed with them in mind.
